From stone age to modern era we humans have started developing with the development of thoughts ,creation of words then further sentences and lot more theory. This education procedure is the basis of human development .But a critical question arises WHY TILL NOW INDIA IS STILL A DEVELOPING NATION AND NOT DEVELOPED? the simple answer arises is illiteracy .This is only the difference between the developed nations and INDIA that here 100% population is not literate .
